NEEDS:

Sobriety Anniversary Chips.  We celebrate anniversaries, but we don't buy chips from our 7th Tradition funds. If you have some from your previous years, please bring them.

August 13, 2025 Business Meeting Agenda

5:30 p.m. 

1. In the spirit of rotation and to meet the needs of the group, members are needed for the following service positions/tasks.

• Group Secretary -Moderates and  the business meeting, takes the business meeting minutes and  prints a copy. 
  

• Members to regularly clean the meeting room to include but not limited to: the restroom, the trash, mop the floor, clean the tables and chairs.
  

• A person or persons to buy supplies that includes but not limited to: toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, cleaning supplies, drinking water, envelopes and clear tape.
  

• Building Maintenance- wall clock, air conditioning, fans, lighting, plumbing and doors for example.
  

• Chairpersons are needed. Currently we have only one meeting at La Mision. 

• Literature person
  

• GSR (Go to the district  meeting once a month.) We are a registered group and connected to General Service in Mexico and World Service.
